Inbox

Shared rep–manager communication threads in one place.

The Inbox is where reps and managers hold shared communication threads — often tied to a specific deal. Open it from Inbox in the sidebar. Manage which notifications you receive from your notification settings.

What You See

A header shows your unread count and an Unread only toggle to filter the list.

The page is a two-column layout:

Thread list (left): every thread shows its subject (or "Deal conversation" when there's no subject), a preview of the latest message, the message count, the last-activity time, and a dot when there are unread messages.

Message viewer (right): select a thread to read it. You'll see the full conversation — your own messages aligned to the right, others to the left — plus the message count and, when the thread is tied to a deal, a link to that deal (and a "Deal archived" badge if it's been archived).

What You Can Do

  • Filter to unread-only with the toggle
  • Open a thread to read it — it's marked read automatically when you open it
  • Mark read/unread manually with the button on the thread
  • Reply using the compose box at the bottom (up to 2,000 characters), then Send
  • Jump to the deal a thread is about from the thread's metadata

Who Can Access It

The Inbox is available to managers and reps — it's the shared space for their conversations.
