Coaching Oversight
Executive view of coaching effectiveness across all managers.
Coaching Oversight lets executives see, at a glance, where coaching is keeping up and where it's falling behind across every manager and team — so you know which manager to check in with. Open it from Coaching in the sidebar (executive seat).
What You See
The top of the page shows org-wide KPI cards:
- Org Coaching Score — a rolled-up read on coaching health across the org (a directional indicator, not a precise score)
- Reps On Track — reps whose 1:1 cadence and follow-through are healthy
- Reps Overdue (7d+) — reps who haven't had a 1:1 in 7+ days
- Action Completion — how often coaching action items get completed
Below the KPIs:
- Coaching Distribution Equity — whether coaching attention is spread fairly across the team, with a rating (Exceptional, Consistent, Developing, or Minimal)
- Coaching Score Trend — a 6-month line chart showing how the org coaching score is moving
- Overdue 1:1s — a flagged list of managers who have reps waiting 7+ days for a 1:1
- Managers — a card per manager showing their coaching score, team size, meetings held in the last 30 days, on-track vs. behind split, and action-completion rate
- Recent Coaching Activity — a timeline of the latest coaching actions (1:1s held, action items assigned)
Drilling Into a Manager
When a manager needs a closer look, click their card (or their name in the Overdue 1:1s list) to open their detail page (/coaching/[manager]) and see exactly where their reps stand:
- That manager's coaching KPIs
- Coaching Effectiveness — average outcome rating (1–5 stars), sessions per month, top focus areas, and a breakdown of coaching types
- A per-rep table with each rep's last 1:1, days since, expected cadence, action completion, meetings held vs. expected, session count, outcome rating, and status
Who Can Access It
