Impact Report

See the time SMVue saves you and your team each month.

The Impact Report estimates how much time SMVue saves through everyday actions like preparing for meetings and generating agendas. Open it from Impact Report in the sidebar.

What You See

At the top, use the month navigation to move between months (you can't look into the future).

  • Estimated Time Saved — a hero number showing total hours saved that month, with a plain-language comparison (for example, "a full work week per manager")
  • Breakdown — each time-saving activity (such as "Prepared for meeting" or "Created agenda"), how many times it happened, the minutes saved per occurrence, and the total, with a progress bar and a subtotal

If there's no activity for a month, the breakdown shows an empty state.

Personal vs. Team View

  • Managers see their own time saved for the month.
  • Executives see a team-wide view: the aggregate across all managers, plus a By Manager section breaking the savings down per manager.

Who Can Access It

Managers and executives have an Impact Report. Reps don't have one — opening the page as a rep returns you to your dashboard.
