Integrations

Connect SMVue to your CRM and calendar so meetings and deals show up in one place.

SMVue connects to the tools you already run sales on, pulls your data into one place, and turns it into the next move for the manager.

How Integrations Work

All SMVue integrations use secure OAuth 2.0 authentication. SMVue reads your CRM records read-only — we don't create, edit, or delete deals, contacts, or activities in your CRM. The calendar integration is the exception: when you schedule a 1:1 in SMVue, SMVue creates that event on your calendar and can update or cancel the events it manages there. (Records you create in SMVue's own Native CRM are your first-party data.)

Security

  • OAuth 2.0 with PKCE
  • Encrypted credential storage
  • CRM records are read-only
  • Automatic token refresh
  • Access and sync operations are logged

Data Sync

  • Initial sync — Imports your existing data when you first connect (usually a few minutes; larger accounts take longer)
  • Automatic sync — New and changed records flow in on an ongoing basis via webhooks (where the provider supports them) plus scheduled resync
  • Near-real-time updates — HubSpot and Salesforce push changes via webhooks; expect new data typically within a few minutes
  • Manual refresh — Trigger a resync from Settings whenever you want

Timing varies by CRM and account size — see each CRM's page for its own estimates.

Managing Integrations

View Connection Status

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. See which integrations are connected
  3. View last sync time and sync status
  4. Check for any sync errors

Disconnect an Integration

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Disconnect next to the integration
  3. Confirm disconnection
  4. Your data in SMVue remains until you delete it

Note: Disconnecting your CRM will stop new data from syncing, but existing data in SMVue won't be deleted.
